Edge Technologies Inc., the U.S. operating company of Edge Total Intelligence Inc. (“edgeTI“,) has been awarded a $950,000,000 ceiling indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the maturation, demonstration, and proliferation of capability across platforms and domains, leveraging open systems design, modern software and algorithm development in order to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). This contract is part of a multiple award multi-level security effort to provide development and operation of systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum) in an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms.

“We are pleased to receive this award and be a part of the many teams that will be competing and working together to achieve JADC2 lines of effort. Fluidly bringing multiple cross-domain perspectives together are necessary for decision making in modern command and control systems.” added Jacques Jarman, CRO of edgeTI. “After years of successful performance in defense and intelligence settings, we believe we can accelerate defense and government efforts to adopt emerging technologies that need to interoperate with existing systems in an open, supportable environment.”
