EDGE for Governments

The proven technology in use provides real-time situational awareness in some of the most secure organizations in the world

Modernizing Federal Situational Awareness

Federal Organizations possess over 95% of the data needed to empower researchers, planners, and senior leaders. However, accessing and integrating this data in real-time remains a significant challenge. Traditional solutions rely on collecting and storing data in data warehouses and/or datalakes, which slows decision-making and increases costs. In today’s dynamic threat environment, the DoD needs a more agile, secure, and cost-effective approach to data utilization that only EDGE provides.

US Air Force's JADC2 Effort

The U.S. Air Force Advanced Battle Management Systems (ABMS) recently awarded Edge a $950,000,000 ceiling indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the maturation, demonstration, and proliferation of capability across platforms and domains, leveraging open systems design, modern software and algorithm development in order to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). This contract is part of a multiple award multi-level security effort to provide development and operation of systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum) in an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms.

In multiple situations from technology to command to strategic initiatives, EDGE has distinguished itself in its ability to address multiple information types and have them make sense to those who need to act and decide next steps.

DOD Operational Energy

While 99% of data needed for effective Energy Situational Awareness is currently available to DoD, unfortunately, the data is silo’ed in systems that are not, and were never intended to be integrated. Our OECIF, Commanding Energy funded project, focuses on securely extracting KPI’s for existing energy management programs and weapon systems, adding real–time data on the availability of global fuel supplies, and constructing real–time situational awareness dashboards for Operations Commanders to drive effective Energy Informed Planning for contingencies in a contested logistics environment.

Army Ground Vehicle

The next generation Army ground vehicle will be the most technologically advanced semi-autonomous fighting vehicle ever fielded. With virtually every system monitored in real-time, predictive AI capabilities will be leveraged to predict failures and performance degradation. In less than one week, edgeCore was used to create a logistics digital twin prototype that shows vehicle readiness, repair requirements, remote maintenance, personnel allocation and remote operations.
